Rental condo, Olas, Oviedo #420, has huge picture windows, gazing out to the Pacific, the coastal village of Maitencillo and a vast beach stretching to a distant peninsula. In addition to the superb bluff top views, you will find spacious, light-filled interior, central heating, a heated terrace floor, dishwasher, washing machine, 45 channel cable TV, which includes news and movie channels in English. By design there are no elevators in Olas, so renters have a three floor walk-up to this top floor unit. The condo is located in Marbella resort (www.marbella.cl) overlooking the lovely fishing and beach town of Maitencillo , less that a 2 hour drive from Santiago. Private car is the most convenient way to arrive. Most of the drive is on the new excellent, divided, limited access Pan-American freeway, with the last 20 miles on the paved, un-crowded coastal highway.

All the major companies are represented at Chile's Santiago airport. You can reserve a car online from home, or we can do it for you from here. Generally you get better rates booking online from the USA . There is no phone in the condo as most Chileans today operate with cell phones. We suggest you rent a cell phone, for the duration of your stay in Chile . These are available, at economical rates, at the international airport, floor 3, as you arrive. The condo's nearest local phone, is at the hotel, a 1/2 mile walk or two minute drive. Grocery Starter Kit: Upon arrival you will find the kitchen stocked with condiments, all utensils and kitchen implements . Also you will find, on the fridge, instructions on how to get to the local supermarkets. Maid service is available. The Olas condominiums, is a private gated community inside the gated Marbella Resort, having its own amenities.
