TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The cost of this program is based on tariffs, rates of exchange, schedules and rules and fuel prices in effect at time of booking. C.S.J. and its agents, act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger and assume no responsibility for injury, death, damage, loss or delay incurred by any person in connection with the tour or by reason of any event beyond the control of C.S.J. or loss occasioned by neglect, default, strikes, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God. C.S.J. assumes no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error or omission or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned due to reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators or C.S.J. The owners of C.S.J. are solely responsible for itinerary planning, organization, implementation and operation of all C.S.J. tours. The airlines shall not be responsible for any act, omission or event when passengers are not on the aircraft. C.S.J. reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member should such person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers. C.S.J. acts as an independent contractor for services provided by operators and cannot be held liable for any alterations, acts or omissions on the part of those providing services listed in this brochure or any other services incidental thereto. Further the responsibilities of associated air carriers is limited as specified in their tickets, conditions of carriage and tariffs. C.S.J. does not own or operate any third party suppliers of service such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, sightseeing companies or local tour operators. Ground operators used on this tour include ExtremoNorte, BusService, Brownell and others. Hotels used in this tour are listed in the daily itinerary and are subject to change.
